RETURNS & EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of the products and with the COVID-19 crisis, all items are a final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Read descriptions to know what you are purchasing and don't hesitate to contact the shop.

If you have made a mistake with your order you have 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation of your order to receive a refund on applicable items. Preorders, prints, stickers are not eligible for a refund. All of my items are not eligible for resale.


DAMAGED ITEMS

All orders are packaged with great care and secured with a variety of packaging materials to ensure items arrive safely at your door. Unfortunately sometimes mail carriers may not feel the same way and accidents do happen. The seller is not responsible or liable for any items damaged during transit. Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or eligible for a refund. 


LOST PACKAGES

The seller will not refund or replace any lost packages. Once a package has left my hands, I have no control of the the carrier's shipping habits or personnel. Tracking is available on eligible items but this can be unreliable at times so please contact your local mail carrier for further information.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to the nature of international shipping and with the complications of COVID-19 most returns will not be honored by the seller. If there is a mistake in your order please contact.
